Institute of Contemporary Arts x Artek presents Untitled (Kiss) Stool 60 by Barbara Kruger
The Institute of Contemporary Arts, London, presents newly commissioned multiple works by conceptual artist Barbara Kruger, produced in collaboration with the Finnish furniture company Artek. Kruger’s Untitled (Kiss) forms the starting point of a new collaboration between the ICA and Artek, which will result in a series of artists’ customizations of Stool 60, Alvar Aalto’s iconic piece of modern furniture design. Untitled (Kiss) offers a humorous, feminist perspective on commerce and identity.
