NEW YORK, NY (April XX, 2012) – U.S. Antique Shows, a major producer of antique shows in North America, announced today it will host its 6th Annual New York Antique Jewelry & Watch Show at The Metropolitan Pavilion, July 20-23, 2012. During the Show hundreds of the most prestigious dealers in the industry will showcase their unique antique and estate jewelry and watches to New York’s elite.

“We are excited for our return to the jewelry capital of the world as we share this year’s latest trends,” said Andrea Canady, Show Director. “We know that celebrities and well-known socialites from around the globe attend this Show to get inspiration as it’s a great opportunity for them to connect with the leading dealers in the antique community.”

At the height of this year’s award show season, industry leaders indicated an increased interest in rough diamonds and polished gems amongst the celebrity trendsetters. At this year’s Grammy awards, Adele wore a 2.4-carat Harry Winston diamond and platinum cushion-cut ring, while country crooners Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Swift opted for diamond necklaces and cocktail rings to accent their gowns. Show attendees looking to achieve their own celebrity style will be able to connect with more than hundreds of experts in the industry.

In its sixth year, the New York Antique Jewelry & Watch Show will offer an intimate setting allowing attendees to walk the Show for that one of a kind piece or unique gift. Elegant signed pieces from famous names including Cartier, Tiffany’s, David Webb, Harry Winston, Patek Philippe, Van Cleef & Arpels and many others will permeate the show floor.

In addition, all categories of jewelry such as cameos, tennis bracelets, rings, decorative necklaces, brooches, gemstones and pendants will be available. These stunning collections represent all eras of jewelry history from the Renaissance to Art Deco eras.

Show times are 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. on July 20th, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on July 21st-22nd and 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on July 23rd. Admission is $20.00 to attend all four days.
